Dementia support

Forget Me Not is a friendly, welcoming support group for people living with dementia and their carers, run in partnership with the Alzheimer's Society at Loughborough Baptist Church.

Our group offers a safe and supportive environment where you can connect with others, share experiences, and enjoy activities designed to stimulate and engage. We understand the challenges of living with dementia and aim to provide companionship, practical advice, and emotional support.

  • Meetings are held locally at Loughborough Baptist Church, making it easy for residents and carers in the area to attend.
  • Activities may include: gentle social interaction, memory-friendly games, refreshments, and opportunities to talk with trained volunteers and other attendees.
  • Carers are welcome and encouraged to join, share, and find support.

Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been living with dementia for some time, our group is here to help you feel less alone and more connected. All are welcome – please contact us for details about meeting times and how to join.
