Roles available: We offer a variety of volunteer opportunities, including:
- Gift shop assistant
- Gardener
- Blogger
- Tour Guide
- Museum Collection Assistant
If you have a particular interest, such as museum collections or tour guiding, please mention it in your application. We strive to match volunteers to roles that suit their unique skills and interests.
Time commitment: Whether you can offer a few hours a month or more, we welcome your support. Tour Guides and Assistants typically volunteer for around 2 hours per tour, while front of house volunteers can choose a morning, afternoon, or full day (Museum open 10am–4pm). Other roles are flexible to your availability.
No qualifications required! All you need is enthusiasm and a willingness to help. Customer-facing volunteers receive a uniform (t-shirt, sweatshirt, or fleece) and all volunteers are provided with a lanyard for identification.

Eligibility: Volunteers must be aged 16 or over (unless by special arrangement) and entitled to volunteer in the UK.
