Carer Support Wiltshire is dedicated to supporting unpaid carers across Wiltshire. Whether you’re new to caring or have been supporting a loved one for years, our friendly team is here to help you navigate the challenges and rewards of caring.
We offer a wide range of free services, including:
- One-to-one support – Personalised advice and guidance tailored to your situation.
- Befriending – Connect with others who understand your journey.
- Complementary therapies – Take time for yourself and recharge.
- Days out and breaks – Enjoy time away from caring responsibilities.
- Free training courses – Build skills and confidence in your caring role.
- Support groups and carer cafes – Meet other carers, share experiences, and find community.
- Online Facebook group – Stay connected and access support anytime.
- Specialist support for military carers and young adult carers (aged 18-25).
We also run Carer Money Matters workshops to help you manage finances, and offer information on benefits, wills, and more. Young carers (aged 5-18) can access dedicated resources and support through our young carers website.
Our services are free and available to anyone caring for someone in Wiltshire, or whose cared-for person lives in the area. We support over 11,000 carers and are committed to helping you feel connected, informed, and empowered.
