We offer a wide range of free services, including:

  • One-to-one support – Personalised advice and guidance tailored to your situation.
  • Befriending – Connect with others who understand your journey.
  • Complementary therapies – Take time for yourself and recharge.
  • Days out and breaks – Enjoy time away from caring responsibilities.
  • Free training courses – Build skills and confidence in your caring role.
  • Support groups and carer cafes – Meet other carers, share experiences, and find community.
  • Online Facebook group – Stay connected and access support anytime.
  • Specialist support for military carers and young adult carers (aged 18-25).

We also run Carer Money Matters workshops to help you manage finances, and offer information on benefits, wills, and more. Young carers (aged 5-18) can access dedicated resources and support through our young carers website.

Our services are free and available to anyone caring for someone in Wiltshire, or whose cared-for person lives in the area. We support over 11,000 carers and are committed to helping you feel connected, informed, and empowered.
