Art in Reflection: My Life Journey in Metaphor is a termly support group for women in Mid Devon, especially in and around Crediton. Helen Hamilton, an artist and trained counsellor, guides painting, creative exploration, mindfulness and group reflection to support women living with past trauma or emotional challenges.
- Small weekly, term-based groups in Mid Devon
- Watercolour and painting techniques, with no art experience needed
- Nature-based themes to explore personal stories and self-reflection
- Peer support focused on feeling seen, heard and connected
- Psychoeducation and creative activities to build self-worth and resilience
Cost: Recommended donation of £5 per session
