Bright Hope's Counselling Service offers a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for adults to explore their feelings and experiences. Our professional counsellors use an integrative, person-centred approach, tailoring each session to your individual needs.
Whether you prefer face-to-face sessions at Bright Hope House or remote support via video or telephone call, our team is here to help you find new ways of coping and make sense of your emotions. We focus on building rapport and validating your experiences, supporting you through life's challenges.

How to access: Access is by referral only, from a health or social care practitioner. Please speak to your GP, nurse, or social worker if you would like to be referred.
Waiting time: There is currently a waiting time of around 6-7 months for new clients.
