Bright Hope in North West Leicestershire offers three friendly, weekly drop-in Support Cafés for anyone seeking support, companionship, or simply a break from daily life.
Our Support Cafés are welcoming spaces where guests, their family members, and carers can share thoughts and feelings with others who may be experiencing similar situations. There is no need to book—just drop in whenever you wish, and there is no charge for attending.
- Ibstock Support Café: Every Tuesday, 1.30pm–4pm at the Church Schoolroom, Wesleyan Reform Church, Central Avenue, Ibstock, LE67 6NF.
- Coalville Support Café: Every Wednesday, 1.30pm–4pm at the Methodist Church (next to Coalville Rugby Club), Hall Lane, Whitwick, LE67 5PF.
- Ashby Support Café: Every Friday, 1.30pm–4pm at Legion House, South Street, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, LE65 1BQ.
- Connection Café: First Monday of each month, 1pm–3pm at Bright Hope House, Talbot Lane, Swannington, LE67 8QT. Health and social care workers are also welcome to drop in and chat with our staff about our services.
All our Cafés are run by compassionate volunteers and provide a safe, supportive environment to meet new people and receive emotional support. If you would like to look around Bright Hope House, we would be delighted to show you our amazing building!
Service access criteria:
Bright Hope in North West Leicestershire works within the locality to support individuals over 18 who have a condition that leads to a reduction in quality of life or who have been diagnosed with a life limiting condition as well as offering support to their partner or carer.
