Free courses and workshops to support your well-being for anyone over 18 living or working in Newham. 

We offer a wide range of courses and workshops, including craft and creative workshops and some on specific topics such as ADHD, Dyslexia, emotions, or menopause. All courses are held in an informal, friendly, and welcoming environment.

We run on a termly basis with people with academic and / or lived experience delivering.

We run all over Newham and online.
