Ozone is a FREE creative digital skills training programme for 16-25 yrs, funded by North Central and East London CAMHS Provider Collaborative (NCEL) - Children and Young People's Mental Health, Hospital Admission Avoidance Fund.
The emphasis for this funding is to offer creative approaches to keep young people on mental health waiting lists, or young mental health service users, out of hospital and to strengthen and reinforce trust and confidence in services through bridging into statutory services, providing early help.
Ozone is a 2 x 8 week digital skills training programme for young people and young adults, 16-25 in Newham, experiencing, or at risk of experiencing mental ill-health; young people who have fallen through the gaps of services, or had life choices diminished due to COVID19.
Ozone will offer an inclusive and inspiring space where young people and young adults can learn new skills together, develop existing skills, set new goals and build supportive friendships.
Participants will produce a creative digital CV, showcasing the work they've produced during the course, receive a certificate on completion of the the course, careers and next-steps advice.
The programme runs on Wednesdays, 3.00 - 5.00pm starting 24/01/234 at Stratford Youth Zone, Theatre Square, London E15 1BX
