“When I first visited The Marlene Reid Centre Drop In I was nervous to ask for help and felt like no one would understand why I felt the way I did. Once I had spent time talking to a staff member in the one to one room I felt at ease and like I was making some progress finally with my mental health. I managed to muster up the courage to come back and use the group room and have a go at different activities!” – anonymous service user
