Free, confidential advice and practical support for people in Staffordshire North. The service helps with a range of issues and starts with a short initial assessment by phone or face to face. You may be given information, short advice, a longer appointment with an adviser, signposting to another organisation, or ongoing casework depending on what help you need.
Eligibility: Residents of Staffordshire North. Refugee and Asylum service at the Hanley office on Tuesdays from 9:30am until 12:00pm, or until the last appointment slot is taken. Cheadle Library: please request a referral at Cheadle Library.
How to access: Call the service phone line for Hanley, Newcastle, Kidsgrove or Biddulph, or call the local numbers for Cheadle or Leek. Drop-in sessions are available at some locations and times.
