Crossroads Care Richmond & Kingston

Crossroads Care Richmond and Kingston upon Thames provides a wide range of personalised support services for unpaid carers and the people they care for, across all ages and needs. Our highly skilled, trained, and experienced Care Support Workers offer compassionate care, building long and trusted relationships with families in the local community.

Our services include:

  • Children’s Services: Personalised respite care for families, allowing carers to take a break while our staff fit seamlessly into the family routine. Carers do not have to remain at home during care visits.
  • Adult Services: Tailored support for adults, including specialist dementia care at home and in the community through our long-running Caring Café. We offer flexible respite packages to suit individual needs.
  • Community Services: Safe, supportive, and confidential group environments designed to reduce social isolation, improve mental and physical wellbeing, and help carers develop friendships and support networks. We provide specialist advice and outreach projects, adapting services to meet local needs and government guidelines (including small group and online sessions).
  • Complex Care: Specialist care packages for families with complex needs, giving carers a minimum of 2 hours to recharge while our staff take over the caring role.

All care packages are personalised to maximise the benefits of respite breaks. We are one of the few providers where family carers do not need to remain at home during care visits, and we can support the whole family unit if required.
