Mental health support for adults registered with a GP in selected Surrey areas. The service offers advice, information and guidance for a wide range of mental health and emotional wellbeing issues, and helps people make a personalised plan. Support can include brief help with coping with stress and anxiety, practical help to access community resources, links to therapy and other mental health services, medication advice, and support with issues affecting wellbeing such as debt, housing, relationships, loneliness, and work.
Eligibility: Adults aged 18+; registered with a GP in Surrey; open to people experiencing mental health difficulties which impact on their life; available in the following Surrey areas and GP practices listed by the service: Banstead, Dorking, Epsom, Ewell, Leatherhead, Cobham & Oxshott, and East Elmbridge; referral via GP or Practice Nurse.
How to access: Speak to your GP or practice nurse about your mental health concerns and ask to be referred to GPimhs.
