Yoga Class

This 1 hour yoga session aims to provide a workout for both the body and the mind.  As well as a physical practice we use embodiment and breath work practices to help people find presence in their day to day life and alleviate stress. There is also the opportunity to have tea, coffee and a chat afterward, we are a very friendly and welcoming group!
