It’s a kind, non-judgemental community, based in a beautiful calming environment by the riverside, with no pressure or expectation of you. Come and just be you.
Everybody is welcome here, weather you have never meditated before or are very experienced. It’s a chance to hit the ‘mindful pause button’ of life, give a bit back to your mind and body, let go on anything that’s not serving you anymore, come into the present moment and enjoy some ‘you time’ on a Friday evening.
We want as many people as possible to live happier, kinder and more peaceful lives. And for money not to be a barrier to people accessing wellness support.
