Chair Yoga

This therapeutic chair yoga class blends elements of yoga, tai chi and pilates in a seated format. We always begin with breath work practice and end with meditation. This class aims to build strength and improve mobility whilst also improving breathing practice and relaxing both body and mind. 

Service access criteria: Would like to try yoga but cannot attend standard yoga classes due to mobility or health issues
