Sport in Mind's Adult Programme offers a wide range of sports and physical activity sessions designed to suit everyone, regardless of age, gender, mobility, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or ability.
Who can join? Our sessions are open to anyone over 17 experiencing mental health problems, as well as carers. All groups meet weekly and take place in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
