Fortnightly Drum Circle

Regular group drumming is proven to improve both mental and physical wellbeing. This service provides gently physical activity, the chance to connect with other people in a safe space and a chance to find peer support with mental health issues.

Drums and percussion are provided. Tea / coffee and biscuits too. No experience necessary.

Payment is voluntary, no questions asked, but if you can afford it, the suggested amount is £5 per session. 

We meet on every other Saturday from 10-11.30am at the Royal British Legion in Everysley Road, Arborfield, The number 3 bus from Reading stops right outside.
