Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga

A Unique Yoga Class that uses Dynamic breath and Core integration. This class has a warm up, then uses Core exercises to wake up and strengthen the core. Then once awoken we use the core to move through a dynamic yoga flow, to build to a peak pose. 

CSY is known for its mental benefits, such as reducing stress and promoting mindfulness.
