The well-being club is a drop-in service, taking place on a Tuesday 10am-12pm (Friday sessions are available at another location)
It offers a chance for people to socialise in a safe and friendly environment, feel part of a community, enjoy activities and access advice and signposting. This is a quiet group where people come to talk, seek support, play board games and listen to the radio. Hot and cold beverages and a light hot breakfast are available, for which a donation is optional.
