This class is for anyone who wish to practice gently and relax deeply. Beginning with calming breathwork and gentle, flowing, breath-led movement before transitioning into a relaxation infused with the healing energy of sound.
This is a mat based practice from standing, seated and lying down. Options and variations will be given so that you can practice in a way that nurtures and supports your body.
About Lauren:
Lauren is a local yoga, meditation and breathing teacher. She specialises in helping people manage stress and anxiety and has specialist training experience in working with people with chronic health conditions such as long Covid and CFS. Lauren offers group classes, courses and workshops, online and in person, exploring how we can use breathing, movement, and relaxation to support mental and physical health.
