My name is Molly Campion and I am the Regional Outdoor Activities Development Officer for The Outdoor Partnership in Coastal Cumbria. I support the development and provision of outdoor activities across the region, tailoring our approach to the needs of each community, organisation or partner we work with. This includes identifying gaps and challenges, securing and managing funding, and using the outdoors as a tool to address issues such as employability, volunteering, adventure learning in schools, community cohesion, equality, diversity and inclusion, and health and wellbeing. I work with a wide range of stakeholders, from statutory services and strategic partners to grassroots community groups, acting as a bridge between them to align priorities, translate needs and turn ideas into practical, funded action.
