Our organisation provides a compassionate and supportive space for individuals in the local community who are experiencing grief following the loss of a loved one. Grief is multi-faceted and often difficult to navigate alone; our aim is to bring people together to foster healing, connection, and resilience during this challenging time.
Facilitated by two trained hypnotherapists, one also a breathwork and bodywork practitioner and the other currently training to become a counsellor, we offer holistic grief support circles. These sessions include breathing techniques, body awareness practices, self-regulation tools, and other therapeutic approaches to help individuals manage the emotional, mental, and physical effects of grief.
