This exciting indoor Seated Yoga session draws inspiration from Qigong to make it more soft and buoyant.This softness is less impactful upon our joints and the extra buoyancy in posture helps in draw upon the energies we connect with during practice.
The session itself follows the structure of a traditional fitness class with a mobilisation and warm up component followed by a main Asana session and then final cool down.
This class is aimed at all adults who for one reason or another prefer to exercise while seated. Each session will have modifications and progressions to make each posture is suitable for what ever level of practice you are at.
Please bring a water bottle and comfy gym clothing suitable for stretching out in.
Each session is £7, no pre booking required.
