Zumba Gold is ideal for the active older participant who enjoys to dance and have fun. We use styles of dance from all over the world, including salsa, merengue, flamenco, jive and reggaeton to name just a few.
You will be most comfortable in active wear such as leggings or jogging bottoms and a t-shirt. Please bring a drink with you. Each class is £4.50, payable in cash on the day. There are no membership fees and you only pay if you attend.
