Who am I? 

Hello, my name is Jane Chen (BA,MBA, MCMI, MCIPD, Level 2 ICF/EMCC/AC Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching). I am offering one-to-one coaching sessions in both personal and organisational settings. Prior to this Coaching profession, I had 26 years working experiences in managerial and consultation roles in various sectors across China and UK, specialised in Human Resources, Marketing, Organisational Change as well as Project Management. 

 

What is Transformative Coaching? 

“Transformative coaching explores a client’s inner world of beliefs, assumptions, values and expectations in order to create greater possibilities for ways of being in life.” Coaching provides a non-judgemental, collaborative and confidential space between us, focussing on your own thoughts, challenges, values and goals. It seeks to evoke greater insight by your mental map that is the core part of the challenge you bring to coaching.

 

How We Work Together?

My coaching style is supportive and empowering rather than directive. I will encourage critical reflection of how you see yourself, other people, your situation and the world at large. Whatever uncertain or troublesome situations you are now in life, we can work together with curiosity and understanding to move forward in unexpected ways, by exploring your particular needs and goals in a time-frame that works for you, and regularly review our progress.

I am open to a broad range of individual needs i.e. business strategy, organisational skills, career development, health & well-being, relationship, domestic abuse, culture & diversity,  women in 50s, mental strength , meaning & purpose and spiritual discovery.
