Community Catalysts: Unlocking potential effecting change.

Building a network of community enterprises that can offer help and care.

A partnership with Cumberland Council to develop community enterprises.

With two separate projects, one in Allerdale and another in Copeland, the aim is to support the development of local enterprises, offering help and care to older and disabled people in their homes.

Our hyperlocal approach is particularly suitable to open opportunities for those who want to help other local people in some of the county’s very rural areas, where access to good support can be a real challenge.

As part of the project, we have developed a directory to showcase community enterprises in the local area.
