FareChance employability and life skills for young people

FareChance is a free six-to-twelve-week programme to support people aged 18 - 25 in Bristol get valuable work experience and training, gain new skills, and build their confidence in order to find meaningful work.

As a young volunteer with FareChance, you’ll get direct hands-on work experience in logistics, project management, and professionalism. You’ll develop skills that are transferrable to industries including hospitality, logistics and events, while receiving personalised career mentoring, and qualifications. You'll also have the opportunity to co-design the whole project, bringing out your own skills and interests.
