We provide meet ups via a pain cafe for all those struggling with chronic pain via a long term health condition. We give the skills, support and knowledge to allow people to independently manage their pain condition and enjoy life again, as well as encouraging safe movement. We offer personalised care via small group sessions on a regular basis via local wellbeing hubs. The directors have lived experience of pain and will work directly with service users.
Currently sessions are as below but we are aiming to expand our network.
First Monday of every month, Wolseley Hub in PL2, 11am.
First Tuesday of every month, the Rees Centre in Plympton, 1.30pm.
