Otago Exercise Program comes from Otago University in New Zealand. These exercises are proven to help prevent falls in older adults.
Balance exercises are performed at an exercise/ballet bar.
Strength work is done with Therbands/resistance bands (you need your own, I have them for sale for £3 each). We sometimes use hand weights (provided by the centre).
We also work on mobility for our joints and on flexibility.
