BeWell@StepOne's Anxiety Peer Support Cafe takes place weekly on Wednesdays via Zoom.

This online peer support group encourages self-help strategies to support your wellbeing and help you to understand and reduce the impacts of anxiety on your day-to-day life. It provides the opportunity for some peer support through meeting and sharing with like-minded people facing similar challenges.
This group is open to all. We are a friendly bunch and use feedback to shape each weekly session.
