Dose of Dance - Movement for Wellbeing in Eyres Monsell

Dose of Dance are fun and sociable creative movement sessions led by experienced dance practitioners. Suitable for anyone looking to improve their fitness, mobility, health & wellbeing and people living with long term health conditions - including Parkinson’s & dementia.

Wednesdays 1.45pm - 3.15pm

11th September - 6th November (excluding 23rd Oct) 

Come along, move well, meet new friends and have fun in a safe environment. Carers and friends welcome. 

£4 per person (includes refreshments)

Anyone with a long term health condition, people who are feeling isolated, people who want to move more and improve their wellbeing. 
We welcome people living with Parkinson's and/or dementia, their carers and friends.
