Life Chance Trust is a Devon-based charity dedicated to helping young people aged 16–25 succeed after experiencing trauma or significant challenges.
We support young people who have faced adversity, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), neurodiversity, disabilities, and care experience. Our mission is to build confidence, resilience, motivation, skills, and networks so that every young person can find employment and realise their potential.
Our services include:
- One-to-one mentoring: Personalised support to help young people set and achieve their goals.
- Life skills workshops: Practical sessions to foster independence and healthy living.
- Youth advisors: Young people help co-design our services, ensuring they are relevant and effective.
We believe in acknowledging the past but looking to the future, and we tailor our approach to each individual. Relationships are key to creating a sense of safety, and we are hopeful, positive, and never give up.
How to access: If you would like to access our services, please complete a referral via our website. Please note: We are not an emergency service. If you are in crisis or need immediate support, please refer to the crisis resources listed on our site.
