HYBRID+

Hybrid+ is designed to work through multiple disciplines.  Starting with a warm up focusing on mobility and key global mechanics to get the body prepped to handle weights, following the strength portion of the workout will be some accessory exercises working in a hypertrophy rep range to aid with positional strength and stability.  Lastly we roll into a metabolic conditioning set to finish.  This is a great workout aimed at those that have a few years training history.Classes will take place with a minimum of 2 attendees
