Strengthen your Back and whole body with Mat-Based Pilates. Develop your skills weekly, becoming aware of your posture habits while learning about Alignment. Understand the role of your Core Muscles in the Pilates Method. Moves are low impact with a mix of Dynamic Exercises some using handweights while other positions will increase Strength, mindfully. Class often begins in Standing but can include All Fours, Side-Lying, Semi-Supine and Seated on the Mat. YogaRos is a highly qualified and experienced tutor and you will be guided throughout.
