What to expect:

- Meet your instructor at the designated meeting point (behind Trumpington Pavilion or in the Cherry Hinton Hall Park car park).
- Wear sports clothes and bring a bottle of water. DIY or gardening gloves are recommended for upper body exercises.
- Bicycle racks and free parking are available at both venues.
