STAR Drug and Alcohol Service offers tailored support for people in East Sussex who want help with their alcohol use.
Our Alcohol Team provides a range of services designed to meet your individual needs. We offer:
- One-to-one support
- Group work sessions
- Substitute prescribing
- Recovery-focused counselling
- Detox and rehab programmes
We operate from two main hubs in Hastings and Eastbourne, as well as satellite hubs across the county, making it easy to access help wherever you are in East Sussex.
Group work interventions include:
- Pre-detox
- Detox preparation
- Foundations of Change, Grow and Life
- Relapse prevention
- Service user involvement
Our team is friendly and welcoming. If you’re visiting for the first time, you’ll be greeted and guided through your options. You’re welcome to bring someone with you for support.
