  • Personalised Mind Plan: Take a quick 5-question quiz to receive a tailored action plan with tips from mental health experts. You can also sign up for weekly emails based on your plan.
  • Wellbeing Tips: Beginner-friendly guides and advice to help you boost your mood, manage stress, and sleep better.
  • Mental Health Support: Information and support for managing stress, anxiety, low mood, and sleep issues.
  • Ways to Manage Worry and Anxiety: Practical strategies such as reframing unhelpful thoughts, tackling worries, and managing anxiety.
  • Urgent Support: Guidance on what to do if you need immediate help, including how to access urgent support services.
  • Supporting Others: Tips and advice for helping friends, family, or colleagues who may be struggling with their mental health.
  • Free Email Programmes: Sign up for 7-week anxiety support or 6-week sleep support email programmes, or receive a 4-week programme after completing your Mind Plan.
