Katherine Low Settlement - 60 Plus Activities

Across our Elder’s programme we work with our members to support their wellbeing and physical health. Our programme encourages new friendships to develop and strengthens connections to help everyone feel part of the KLS family.

We foster a caring and supportive approach, with all members contributing whatever help they are able – whether that be lending an arm to a less mobile friend, helping to set the lunch club table, encouraging a new member to get involved, befriending an isolated neighbour, or maybe just a smile to brighten someone’s day.

*UPDATE: We’ve introduced special COVID activities to ensure everyone is supported and safe. These include telephone befriending, online support, sending activity packs through the post, and working with local partners like Battersea Coronavirus Angels. Please do get in touch to find out how we can help.

Activities
We offer a wide range of social, creative and physical activities supporting health and wellbeing and reducing loneliness and isolation. We develop and regularly update our programme with our members to make sure it stays interesting and fun!

Please look at our exciting programme to see what’s on.

Alongside our regular activities of lunch clubs, exercise sessions, befriending, social clubs including drama, arts and crafts, music, dance, films and sewing; we also offer special extras such as trips and events and we often get involved in local community projects. Please get in touch if you have any ideas for projects – we’d love to hear from you!

It’s all go at Katherine Low!
