Axminster Memory Cafe

The Memory Cafe is a safe, social space for people with lived experience of dementia and memory problems with their families. The cafe runs on the second Monday of every month, 2-4pm.  We are not a drop in centre and do expect families to stay and be social wth us. 

It is a place were refershments and cake are served with a smile for free. There is activity should people wish to take part. To name a few- gentle exercises, word and number quizzes, arts and crafts, music performances to enjoy or information around living well with dementia. 

Service access criteria: Anyone living with dementia or memory problems and their families.
