CathARTism is a social and artistic workshop programme running at Balham and Tooting Libraries. CathARTism is for those experiencing low level mental health problems like stress, loneliness, anxiety, burnout and depression.
Find support in peers and combine art therapy style techniques with theory taken from varied psychological practices. Explore a different theme each month to improve mental health literacy and keep a journal to track your personal progress.
