We support older and disabled people in their homes and gardens, in the community and at our community centre, and online. All of our projects are provided to beneficiaries for FREE. Support in the Home & Garden via: • Decorating & DIY – for those that cannot pay, nor have ability to do the work themselves • Gardening – for those that cannot pay, nor have the ability to do the work themselves. • Adopt a Garden – befriending & gardening support • Online Gardening workshops – delivered in partnership with Nubian Life Support in the Community and at our Community Centre via: • Good Neighbour Scheme - grocery shopping, medication delivery, appointment escorts etc • Befriending – via telephone or in person • Social Clubs: Art, Chair Based Exercise, Choir (new in 2023!), Craft, Lunch, Reading, Silver, Sunday Tea Support Online via: • Online Art Group – delivered directly into the homes of beneficiaries • Online Chair Based Exercise – as above • Digital Inclusion support – supporting those excluded from digital communications Service statistics Usually replies in 11 days 60% of referrals accepted Service access criteria: Older (60+) and disabled adults in Fulham and part of Hammersmith Categories: Assisted garden maintenance Exercise and fitness classes Activities for older people Arts and creativity Getting active Services for older people Support with employment Additional needs catered for: Wheelchair accessible Physical disability friendly
