Tech Buddies

Our Tech Buddies, many of whom are visually impaired themselves, are here to help with any gadgets.
The Tech Buddy service can help you with a wide range of technology such as a smartphone, tablet or other virtual assistance device.  Your Tech Buddy can work with you at your own pace to achieve the outcome you’re looking for, whether you want to video call family and friends, order shopping online, set up a smart speaker or anything else you can think of! 

Whether you have never used a device before or are a tech-savvy whizz yourself but have a particular question, our Tech Buddies are here to help. No question is silly and we’re happy to show you as many times as you need us to.
