Children & Young Person Social Prescribing Service - 5-18y/o. 

Support and mentoring for children and their families with issues such as bullying, isolation, exam stress, anxiety etc.

Excludes - High level, complex individual/family concerns including sexual assault, other forms of abuse, suicidal ideation, severe self harm.

Please note: this is not a counselling service and all referrals needing specific mental health or complex need support should be directed to CAMHs or the Children's Mental Health Hub.
