I’m a dedicated Pilates Instructor and Mindfulness Practitioner, focused on helping people move with purpose and find balance in both body and mind. My sessions combine mindful movement, breathwork, and strength-building to support overall wellbeing.
Alongside my regular classes, I also offer Wellness Walks that blend gentle exercise with mindfulness in nature, and Parent & Baby Pilates sessions designed to help new parents reconnect with their bodies while bonding with their little ones.
My approach is calm, supportive, and empowering — creating space for everyone to feel grounded, strong, and present.
