My Adult Pilates classes are all about helping you move well, feel good, and enjoy taking time for yourself. The sessions are designed especially with adults 40+ in mind — gentle on the joints but still effective for building strength, improving posture, and increasing flexibility.

We move at an easy, steady pace with lots of options so you can work at the level that feels right for you. It’s a relaxed, friendly space where you can focus on your body, your breathing, and leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more balanced.

Everyone is welcome — whether you’re new to Pilates or getting back into it after a break.

Service access criteria:

Age: Adults aged 18 and over (sessions are especially suited for those aged 40+).
Ability Level: All levels welcome — from complete beginners to those with Pilates experience.
Health & Mobility: Participants should be able to get up and down from a mat with minimal support. If you have any existing health conditions, injuries, or mobility concerns, please check with your GP or contact me before joining so we can ensure the class is right for you.
Equipment: Mats and small props are usually provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Booking: Pre-booking is required to ensure a comfortable group size and personal attention for everyone.
Environment: Classes are held in a calm, friendly space that encourages mindful movement, confidence, and connection.
