Cycling

Wheels for All Kingston offers inclusive cycling sessions for children and adults of all ages and abilities, including those with disabilities and differing needs. Our programme uses a wide range of adapted cycles—such as handcycles, trikes, quads, recumbents, side-by-sides, and wheelchair transporters—to help build confidence and independence in cycling.

Sessions take place in a fun, safe, and supportive environment at the Kingston Weir Archer Athletics and Fitness Centre. Our friendly staff are on hand to help you try out different bikes and enjoy cycling, regardless of your experience or ability.

  • All are welcome—children, adults, carers, and those with additional needs.
  • Helmets are provided free of charge.
  • Session cost: £5 per person. Carers go free.
  • Session times: Mondays 10:00–15:00, Wednesdays 12:00–15:00.

Our mission is to encourage health improvement, social inclusion, and provide adapted cycling opportunities for everyone. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced rider, join us to enjoy cycling and connect with your community.
