Neighbourhood Mental Health Cafés offer safe, welcoming spaces across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland for anyone struggling with their mental health. Run by trained and supportive staff, these cafés provide a friendly environment where you can talk, relax, and get practical help when you need it most.
Whether you need someone to listen, want to take part in gentle activities, or are looking for advice about other services, the cafés are here to support you. You can choose the type of support that suits you best, including:
- A safe and relaxing space to be yourself and take part in gentle activities
- One-to-one support with a team member to explore ways to cope and manage your mental health
- Practical advice and information about other services for longer-term support
Each café is run by a local organisation and operates at different times and locations. All sessions are free and open to anyone who feels they need support with their mental health.
