The Children’s Hearing Services Working Group (CHSWG) brings together professionals such as audiologists, hearing screeners, teachers of the deaf, and speech and language therapists, alongside parent representatives, to support children and young people in Newham who are deaf or hard of hearing.
A representative from the National Deaf Children's Society (NDCS) also attends, providing a national perspective. The group is dedicated to improving services for families and children by listening to their views, acting on feedback, and ensuring national standards and Quality Assurance recommendations are met.

- No referral required – parents can contact the group directly by email.
