Better Together Becca offers a range of fitness and wellbeing classes designed to build confidence, strength, and happiness in a supportive community setting. Run by women for women, our classes are welcoming, non-judgmental, and tailored to help you overcome barriers to confidence and wellbeing.
We provide mood-boosting, stress-busting classes such as BOOSTfit, Move It or Lose It (including sessions for stroke survivors and the over 55s), Women's Boxercise, and small group training. Our sessions are held in Totnes, Torquay, Dartington, Paignton, and Watcombe, making it easy to find a class near you.
- BOOSTfit: Fun, energetic classes designed to lift your mood and help you feel part of a community.
- Move It or Lose It: Sociable classes for the over 55s to improve mobility, balance, and flexibility, with singing and laughter encouraged!
- Women's Boxercise: Empowering small group sessions for women, focused on fitness and confidence.
- Small Group Training: Enjoyable, no-nonsense sessions tailored to your needs and goals.
Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels and are led by an experienced instructor who understands the challenges you may face. Join us to gain strength, balance, coordination, and new friends—both men and women—later in life.
