Every Tuesday and Friday 10am - 11am.
£3 per session or pay for a 10 week class pass for all of our physical activity for £30.
Style: The style of class is a flow class where we move through poses with our breath. We do hold certain postures a little bit longer. Not to worry if you are new to yoga. It is a mixed abilities class and all are welcome. I do provide options and always cue students to work with your bodies.
What to Bring: If you already have a yoga mat, please do bring it with you. However, if you don't have one, do let me know and I am more than happy to lend you one first. Water bottle in case you need to hydrate, especially if the weather is warmer.
